Azteca was a Latin rock band formed in the early 1970s. It was led by percussionist Coke Escovedo and also featured other notable members such as Carlos Santana and Sheila E. The group fused elements of rock, jazz, and Latin music to create a unique sound that gained them a dedicated fan base. Their self-titled debut album, released in 1972, showcased their musical versatility and remains a cult classic.
