The song went to number one on the U. S. Country chart and held that position for the chart weeks of December 3 and December 10, 2005. On the chart for December 17, the song fell to number two when Joe Nichols' "Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off" replaced it at the top spot. Dierks Bentley (born November 20, 1975) is an American country music artist who has been signed to Capitol Records Nashville since 2003. That year, he released his self-titled debut album.
