Mi Cara

Emmanuel Mancinelli nació a fines de 1981, en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Vivió en Carapachay gran parte de su infancia y adolescencia. Niño de barrio, fue feliz jugando a la pelota y a la mancha en la calle, yendo a los campamentos que organizaba la escuela pública a la que asistía y compartiendo interminables momentos con sus amigos del barrio. Desde chico se sintió atraído por la música: raqueta en mano, jugaba a que cantaba y tocaba la guitarra frente al espejo. También, recuerda que disfrutaba de grabarse compilados en cassette de toda la música que se escuchaba en su casa, desde Gardel, hasta Creedence y The Beatles, bandas que lo marcarían a la hora de encontrar un estilo propio y componer su propia música. Su primer presentación en vivo fue en el Club Drysdale, de Carapachay, a los 18 años. De ahí en más, la música fue siempre un pilar en su vida.
