The first people of this state were the, Podunk, Wangunk, Mohegan, Mashantucket, Pequot, Eastern Pequot, Schaghticoke, Golden Hill Paugussett and Nipmuc. This state later was acknowledged as the, Constitution. As you can see Quinnehtukqut has a rich history.
