Hailing from Trinidad and Tobago, raised in Queens, New York...Charisse Mills is a strong force that has paved her own way into the entertainment industry! She's not just another pretty face that can rock the mic...Charisse is a classically trained Opera singer who was trained by famous Armenian Opera singer Anita Darian and vocal coach, Steven Kaplan. She attended the prestigious Manhattan School of Music, where she also studied with well known African American Opera singer; Hilda Harris. She sings Opera in six different languages: French, German, Italian, Russian Spanish & English. She merged her ability to sing Opera with her love for EDM/Pop music...produced her own genre of music called, “Pop'Era". Charisse has sang for dignitaries, former presidents as well as mayors such as; Mayor Guliani, President Clinton, President Bush...to name a few! Charisse learned the value of hard work from an early age, by her mother Ms. Charmaine Mills, who raised three children on her own. Charisse started working at the age of fourteen and started her first business by the time she was seventeen! Having released singles such as "Champagne" which features French Montana, and lending her Operatic prowess on Neyo's Single "Integrity; Charisse has definitely worked with fan favorites who she humbly refers to as friends. Flash forward to modern day...Charisse is promoting her latest single, "One In A Million" and "Gypsy Woman". She will kick things into high gear with the release of her single, "Put In Work"...which will make for one scorching hot Summer! While Charisse takes the industry by storm, she's most thankful for her mother who she describes as, "Her rib and her lifeline"...
