"We've Got It Goin' On" is the debut single by American boy band Backstreet Boys. It was released on September 5, 1995 as the lead single from their self-titled debut album. The song was recorded at Cheiron Studios in Sweden during the period of December 26, 1994 and January 7, 1995. It was written and produced by Max Martin and his then-mentor Denniz Pop, with extra writing from Herbert Crichlow and was later included in the US album and achieved success worldwide. The single peaked at number 69 on the Billboard Hot 100 and spent 20 weeks on the chart. The single was released across Europe, where it reached the top 10 in several countries, like Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Scotland, Switzerland and the UK. On the Eurochart Hot 100, "We've Got It Goin' On" peaked at number 5. more »
