"Sabor A Miel" is a ballade pop song released by Mexican singer Paulina Rubio. It was taken from her debut album La Chica Dorada (1992). The single was released for Capitol Latin in August 1993 in US and the spring of these year in Latin America. The song was written by José Ramón Flórez and Cesar Valle and produced by Miguel Blasco. Rubio's success in her home country resulted in song's released deal without official music video and even was number one on the airplay radio in Mexico. This release, also a major success, reached the top ten in Argentina and Colombia and Peru. In the United States was numer twenty-two on the Billboard Hot Latin Tracks. A promotional unofficial music video inspired in the Middle Ages was released in early 1993 only to Mexican special television show, including the new jack swing song "Sangre Latina". Considered something of a gem, Rubio perform "Sabor A Miel" (as part of medleys) during her shows and according to critics, one of his best interpretations, vocally speaking.more »
