Maia Wilson (born 21 September 1997) is a New Zealand netball player. She plays at goal shooter for the Northern Stars in the ANZ Premiership and for the Silver Ferns national side.Wilson was born in Auckland and went to Mount Albert Grammar School, where she excelled at both netball and basketball, representing New Zealand youth teams in both sports. She won a basketball scholarship to the University of Idaho in 2015, but turned it down when she was offered a netball contract with the Central Pulse in the ANZ Championship for 2016.
