"Too Many Broken Hearts" is a song by Australian singer Jason Donovan. Written and produced by Stock, Aitken and Waterman, it reached number-one in the United Kingdom and Ireland in March 1989. Additionally the song peaked within the top 10 in Australia, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Norway and Spain. Donovan, who had found fame two years earlier with his hugely popular role in the TV soap Neighbours, had a previous number-one with his duet with Neighbours co-star Kylie Minogue "Especially for You" in January 1989. The song was included on Donovan's debut album, Ten Good Reasons, his 1991 Greatest Hits album and again on a later collection in 2006. The music video was filmed in Beechworth, Victoria.
