"Hicktown" is a song written by Big & Rich's Big Kenny and John Rich along with Vicky McGehee and recorded by American country music artist Jason Aldean. It was released on March 28, 2005, as Aldean's debut single and the first from his 2005 self-titled debut album. The song was also Aldean's first Top 10 hit on the U. S. Billboard Hot Country Songs chart after reaching number 10 in late 2005.
