Chris Dooley, Jr. (born February 27, 1989), better known by his stage name Hurricane Chris, is an American rapper. Chris's debut album, 51/50 Ratchet was released in 2007, the album features his top-ten hit single "A Bay Bay" and the other singles was "The Hand Clap" and "Playas Rock".
