Boone Creek

Boone Creek was a bluegrass band formed in the 1970s. The group was led by singer and guitarist Ricky Skaggs and also featured other notable musicians such as Jerry Douglas and Terry Baucom. They released one self-titled album in 1977 before disbanding. Boone Creek's music blended traditional bluegrass sounds with contemporary elements, and the group's brief time together left a lasting impact on the genre. more »
