Well I'm fighting to get back to the first time, the feel of that very first kiss|And I try to get bye with a brush of a high but I keep coming up short of it.||Gonna Gas up and leave this misfortune, but my four tires are frozen in place.|Petrified here with the memory so clear of the kisses that I can still taste.||Chorus:|Would you lay down and die right beside me, if you found me beneath all the snow,|you can search for my bones in Alberta, That's the last place that I'll ever know.||So I'll run like a wolf through the prairies ribs sticking out of my skin|Starved and alone i was chilled to the bone and appalled at the shape That I was in||Would you lay down and die right beside me, if you found me beneath all the snow,|you can search for my bones in Alberta, That's the last place that I'll ever know.||The booze burns a hole on the inside, where good bye ran a nail through my chest|Slow and melodic destruction is the only way I'll ever rest||Gonna Gas up and leave this misfortune, but my four tires are frozen in place.|Petrified here with the memory so clear of the last time I saw your pretty face.||Would you lay down and die right beside me, if you found me beneath all the snow,|you can search for my bones in Alberta, That's the last place that I'll ever know.|||
