My mind a prison so behind these bars I often rot

When I was younger all I cared about was growing up
It's funny now I'm looking back and wishing I was young
That's proof that humans take the world for granted, understand that
Everybody die so don't look down when things ain't looking up
But yo I'm stuck inside the middle where there is no love
For 20 something's, feel like nothing can revive me from this slump
And I feel guilty for complaining, it's a shame because
I have a decent life and there are other one's that fucking suck
