Sarah Connor

Sarah Lewe ( Connor ) (born as Sarah Marianne Corina Lewe in June 13, 1980), better known by her stage name Sarah Connor, which she chose in an effort to ride the fame of the hit action movie "The Terminator", is a German singer, songwriter and television personality. We've had a rough year
And we've tried and tried
But both of us felt it was better to let the dust settle
And take a little space
Where are you staying?
And is somebody with you?
I'll try to remember not to think of you too often
But it's harder than I thought

You have your dreams and I have mine
I said, "Let me go, I need some time"
But I heard your heart fell apart the day you walked away
And now I'm thinking, "F*ck"
Why did we break up?
Said, this was a mistake
I hope it's not too late
Why don't you come home to me?
Don't wait, oh
You know it's Christmas Day
And I got all my family surrounding me but I'm still lonely

My mum keeps asking, what time you'll arrive
And I don't have the courage and tell them, "Maybe never"
Because we said goodbye
And they put up your stocking
Mh, no, no, wish they'd take it down
But I'm kinda superstitious and think that if I did it
That you won't come around

Yeah, you have your dreams and I have mine
I said, "Let me go, I need some time"
But I heard your heart fell apart the day you walked away
And now I'm thinking, "F*ck"
Mh, why did we break up?
And this was a mistake
I hope it's not too late
Why don't you come home to me?
Don't wait (wait)
Oh, you know it's Christmas Day
Yeah and I got all my family surrounding me but I'm still lonely

Why don't you come home?
I still miss you like crazy, baby
And if you're lonely
Why don't you come home?
Oh, come home, mh
'Cause I'm still lonely

And now I'm thinking, "F*ck"
Mh, why did we break up?
And this was a mistake
I hope it's not too late
Why don't you come home to me?
Don't wait (wait)
Oh, you know it's Christmas Day
Oh and I got all my family surrounding me but I'm still lonely

Oh, if you still love me
Why don't you come home?
Mh, I still miss you like crazy, baby
And if you're lonely
Why don't you come home? (Why don't you)

I need you to come home
'Cause I'm still lonely
