Being optimistic, has got me twisted
Because even though
I've crossed the bridges
To conquer big risks

If there's a point to all this

That I've often missed it
And not stopped to properly listen
To those dropping wisdom
Now, I'm no stranger to making the wrong decision
But I also don't want to blinded by my optimism
And essentially write a whole book where the plot is missing
So to ensure, I've not lost my vision, I tune into the message
