I wake up and take a drag
Then I wake up, it's a drag
See that boi, he's a
Heard he died, oh so sad
He never made a single bag
He threw away all that he had
You know he's never coming back
No he's never coming back

Then he came back
He never looked back
(Untrue)
He made a few stacks but
You know he blew that
(How'd he do that?)

Spending days, in a bag,
On the packet, making racket
No defence, attack it
Jumped the fence, endless panic
(What?)

I'm remembering the days
When there was nothing to save
Just a puppet feeling brave
Nah man, f*ck that, he's a slave
A new path he needs to pave
Break the cycle, not the same
Nothing else you need to say
Just need to make it through

Just need to make it through
Just need to make it threw the day

I wake up and take a drag
Then I wake up, it's a drag
See that boi, he's a
Heard he died, oh so sad
He never made a single bag
He threw away all that he had
You know he's never coming back
No he's never coming back

Just need to make it through
Just need to make it

No he's never coming back
No he'll never do that shit again
He just wants to end the pain
So he goes to see a friend
But it sent him round the bend
Now his life needs amending
It's time to start ascending
(Ascending, What?)

Just need to make it through
Just need to make it threw the day

I wake up and take a drag
Then I wake up, it's a drag
See that boi, he's a
Heard he died, oh so sad
He never made a single bag
He threw away all that he had
You know he's never coming back
No he's never coming back
(No he's never coming back)

I wake up and take a drag
Then I wake up, it's a drag
See that boi, he's a
Heard he died, oh so sad
He never made a single bag
He threw away all that he had
You know he's never coming back
No he's never coming back
(No he's never coming back)

Just need to make it through
Don't think I can though
