I'm done okay
I won't tap anymore
That's what you always say
Then you go and tap the door
People think that you're crazy
And they just can't ignore
I think I need to pray
My OCD
Keeps telling me
To call my mom
Something is wrong
If you don't call her she will die
No OCD you're just a lie
I've fallen for this a thousand times
Do you wanna risk it though
I'm gonna say no
So I pick the phone up
And I go with my gut
But then she says "hey" and it's really okay

Obsessive thoughts crowd my head
All that I do in my life is dread
It's sometimes hard to go to bed
Cause I'm afraid my mom is dead
I'm thinking about what a teacher said
I'm afraid I'm gonna make an F
These thoughts are so repetitive
And I know that there is no end

What time is it
It's like six
I haven't finished my math
I'm gonna be late for class
So I run downstairs and get
My book bag and jacket
And then I run down the street fast
And somehow the bus hasn't passed
I hope I will be able
To catch up on all my work
My chances are unstable
But trying won't hurt
These obsessive thoughts
Get me off
Task and then
I can't finish
Home work or chores
Today I'll have more
I'll have two days worth
I'm never gonna learn

Obsessive thoughts crowd my head
All that I do in my life is dread
It's sometimes hard to go to bed
Cause I'm afraid my mom is dead
I'm thinking about what a teacher said
I'm afraid I'm gonna make an F
These thoughts are so repetitive
And I know that there is no end

This is just my life
It's not very bright
It's sad seeing from my eyes
So many tears that I have wiped
I keep questioning why I'm here
Cause all I do is live in fear
I've been like this for several years
And it doesn't look like it's gonna disappear
