Alruna

Alruna (Old Norse Ǫlrún, Old High German Ailrun, Modern German Alruna, Alraune) is a Germanic female personal name, from Proto Germanic *aliruna (or possibly *agilruna), which is formed from runa "secret, rune" and a debated prefix that may be ali-, agil-, or alu-. In German, Alruna was also used as a short form of Adelruna, a different name with a first element *athal- "noble". In Germanic mythology, Ailrun is the wife of Agilaz, the legendary archer. In the poem Völundarkviða, Ölrun (possibly Old Norse "ale rune") is identified as a valkyrie, and as a daughter of Kiár of Valland. Cos we running around in circles and it don't feel the same
Know my thoughts should be internal but they get in the way
And my heart has gone nocturnal just to numb all the pain
Guess it's nothing that I'm used to
I could tell you how I'm doing but I'm past the point of feeling anything
And my tears begin to sink, yeah yeah
I could tell you that I'm moving but realistically I'm standing at the brink
With no willpower to think
I'm just scared you think I'm using you
And I'm scared to think that I'm gonna be losing you
Our relationship depicted by the weather
Except we can't tell when it's gonna get better
Stand watch as my life falls
I know that it's all my fault
I can feel it in my hands when we do our little dance and
When you look at me you always put me in a trance
If we falling from our plans then you gon' follow in my tracks
Do I come with you or leave it in the past
I know you think you know what's best for us but I
Really wish that you would just trust me
And every time I sleep alone at night uh huh
I really wish that it was just a dream
Cos we were killin it yeah we were like villains in it
Your tongue is sharp so now some blood will be spilling on it
Because you cut me open don't plan on sealing it up
So now I'm swerving in my car and I'm spilling my cup
Tried too hard now we're outta love
Guess the time apart wasn't enough
So I'll tie my heart till I move on
And I'll do my part to keep things off
I can feel it in my hands when we do our little dance
And when you look at me you always put me in a trance
If we falling from our plans then you gon' follow in my tracks
Do I come with you or leave it in the past
Cos we make up then we crash and I wake up when we last
People asking me how it be and I tell them it's a blast
Remedy in a flask is all I need to brush past
You're not a friend or an enemy guess it's nothing that I'm used to
I guess it's nothing that I'm used to
