This is the particularly special evening for me
not just because this is new year's eve
because a few years ago I really couldn't imagine that I would actually be standing on the stage
and singing with such joy again
because in the last few years apart from having a breast cancer by seven years ago
I also have depression
and very fortunately with the help of my husband, my family and my friends
I have now made full recovering
now I really realised that we need to understand, appreciate and love ourself
not in the sense of indulgent but to understand that we have shortcomings, to accept that we have weaknesses
And then that would be able us to open up and reach out for help
And that is the very important step to us
Regaining your self-esteem and confidence on road to recovering
We must not give up easily
no matter how awful we might feel
Now, in the new year I would like all of you to make a resolution
that we would live every day to the full with the positive happy attitude
Would you do that for me?
