Maria reported her abuser
Now she's being deported
The bill "don't say gay"
Is fucking insane
But these laws do not protect
Their victims are still dead
Your fists on my boobs
I never felt so confused
That was the first time
My body wasn't mine
But women lead the revolution
Women lead the demonstrations
Look at Greta, Luisa and Vanessa
They are inspiring our generation
We still fight the same old shit, it's 2021
We're still marching on
No uterus? Then get out of mine
Abortion is healthcare, say all of these signs
The rights of living people, always trump what might become
The rights of living people, always trump what might become
Women are experts who speak their opinions whilst
Men with opinions always are right
Women in films are there to be murdered
Always considered so very dramatic
Waiting for a male hero to rescue them
Well, that's fucking trauma
Women lead the revolution
Women lead the demonstrations
Look at Greta, Luisa and Vanessa
They are inspiring our generation
Women lead the revolution
Women lead the demonstrations
And with all of these people
We're building the foundation
I want my body to be mine
Not some meaning it was assigned
by opinions, hands and eyes of men
It doesn't matter, it is mine
I want my body to be mine
Not some meaning it was assigned
by opinions, hands and eyes of men
It doesn't matter, it is mine
I want my body to be mine
Not some meaning it was assigned
by opinions, hands and eyes of men
It doesn't matter, it is mine
I want my body to be mine
Not some meaning it was assigned
by opinions, hands and eyes of men
It doesn't matter, it is mine
I want my body to be mine
Not some meaning it was assigned
by opinions, hands and eyes of men
It doesn't matter, it is mine
But women lead the revolution
Women lead the demonstrations
Look at Greta, Luisa and Vanessa
They are inspiring our generation
Women lead the revolution
Women lead the demonstrations
And with all of these people
We're building the foundation
