The National Academies called for the establishment of Embryonic Stem Cell Research Oversight (ESCRO) Committees in its 2005 Guidelines for Human Embryonic Stem Cell Research to manage the ethical and legal concerns in human embryonic stem cell research. Because of the complexity and novelty of many of the issues involved in that research, the Guidelines committee believes that all research institutions engaged in human embryonic stem cell research should create and maintain these committees at the local level. The composition and responsibilities of ESCRO committees was further clarified in the Amendments to the National Academies' Guidelines for Human Embryonic Stem Cell Research, released in February 2007. more »

Dangerous (Big Escro)
I'm really dangerous with this shit

I bet you if I stop with all the rapping
They gon' celebrate
But me & mines been the heavyweights
Never stop until you eat the plate
I'm on hellacious paper chasin'
Race for bread breakin'
Chill with all the statements
All those words'll leave you anxious
I got memories of us, trying to get to the top
And that's a recipe, success
It'll cost you a lot
Instead of scheming on plots
I caught a vibe and forgot
Reconstruct the very essence
Of that real hip hop
I can be an astronaut fly away to the moon
I could another living legend destined for doom
See, the herb I consume
Have 'em paraplegic
You don't gotta play the role
Be yourself is in season
Caught reflections in breathing
Stay away from the demons
Caught a reverence for leaking
All these words is like instructions
For constructin a Legion
We destined for greatness
I don't wanna play shit
That shit sounding basic
Run it back and I lace it
Roll a spliff and I face it
I'm calling all the audibles
I slaughter those like particle by particle
Article by article, you carnival clown
Obstacles, the impossible methodical
I'm destined for greatness, I said that already
But repetitions necessary
Gone until next February
Shit is very scary, cowards shooting kiddos
I had a flashback building forts using pillows
And now we in the middle
Of World War 3 deep inside of an abyss
Though, shit is slippery like crisco
Wit pistols and schitzos and sickos
It's diabolical, I'm still the prodigal
Wit a messiah flow, the Shotty blow
Like each and every time, I'm psychological
It's biological, I write the chronicles
Of all my opticals, They comical
I'm philosophical, you pathological
I'm astronomical, I'm technological
I leave you in a hospital, this rap mechanical
Puffin botanicals, I make you take sabbaticals
Your thoughts illogical, I leave your dame
Feeling fanatical, I travel tropical...

If I could get away sometime so I could breathe
I been going through the motions
I don't feel the way I'm supposed to, yeah
If I could get away sometime, then I'd be free
I been going through the motions...
