God take me back where I started

Holy Spirit burn deep
Wake up every memory devour every enemy tactic that's been distracting me
God I remember 17 years old reunited with momma dukes
She told me my entire life was a fluke
She said no that's not yo dad
So no that ain't yo grandma
No them ain't yo cousins
No them ain't yo landmarks

You mean to tell me who I've known I don't really know
And where I thought my fam went they ain't really go
I'm just another kid adopted and raised by some people who strange
I was goin insane
I didn't know who to trust
Everybody seem to bluff
Everybody got some dirt and too much pride to clean it up
I said dear God if you real then show me
One week later I had bumped into my homies
Then one year later I was saved by Christ
That's when I met my real father and that changed my life
