My biggest priorities are making sure the bills get paid
That there's meals on the table and all the food gets ate
Education for my daughter and not locked in a cage
Walking the straight path and not get lost in a maze
Off the social media that will rot your brain
Sometimes it's hard to be optimistic on an empty tank
I just wanna do my daily things but minus the bull
I can't go to Mr. Barbecue without packing a full clip
And have shady sketchy people walking back and forth behind my whip
All we wanted to do was get some food and find some beats to rip
CNN and Fox News are crude lets talk about it
If those are your sources of info don't try to walk around it
I'm pretty sure you know you being fed a bunch of BS
Mainstream media is responsible for a lot of the mess
How about we stay off the bull and form our own opinions

We grew up in the hood and came from nothing and I mean nothing
And after years of struggle hustling turned it into somethin
Gangster's pockets stuffed with rocks and Glocks that'll get to dumping
24 inch subs inside of lacs to keep it thumping
We got to stop putting faith inside with these politicians
They bicker take money give empty promises
Republicans and democrats both it doesn't matter
Cause everybody in Washington's climb that tyranny ladder
Child trafficking and racist cops I could name them all
But we're too worried about chicks with playing basketball

Only the questions that got me eking and really seeking
But with the riots and covid got the whole city geeking
They burning buildings but your feelings the cities reeking
Minnesota's got a cold shoulder there causing havoc
