My dad was once a boy
A life ain't bed of roses

He read poetry and went to dance class
He was no-prospect child
Dreamt of being prospect man

When high school time had come
He studied electrical things
Did it well but always loved art
Didn't wanna leave his mum
But escaped after nineteen springs
To bigger place to have a fresh start

He still did electrical things
Not being interested at all
Existed so for seven years

Feeling an artistic soul
And facing hidden in subconscious fears

But once when he rushed trying not to be late
Something covered with posters caught his eye

And finally be someone he hoped to be

And thanks to that little note
He won a scholarship
Could choose any Uni in France
So back then he flew abroad
For a finally dreamed-of trip
Knowing this was this one and only chance

He studied in the best school in town
