The days are becoming far and few between when I see the sun
Frigid air, cold fluorescents and an ache in my back
Trickling up to my chest
I've been feeling slow and stagnant like before
Falling asleep on the basement floor
Digging between these ears for something real
And after all of this
There must be something to be said about this empty head
With nothing but thoughts of how hard it'll be to leave my bed

None of my friends are where we want to be
