You are the sovereign unchanging God of seeing...
You are Perfect Creator of time and space 
But I ran for Your presence; I fled from Your face 

To the edge of Earth, I escaped but you were there

The descent so deep I couldn't behold your eyes

You drew me out of these waters, and your goodness swallowed me whole!

Death confronted me in my wickedness as I feared the cost 
But the very same God I offended extended his arms 
Your grace has reached farther than any human heart could fathom
As the shore hit the waves, so I was surely struck by your compassion 

You answered in my repentance; from your throne you heard me
Yahweh, you chose to forgive because your heart is full of mercy.
