Kid Chameleon

Kid Chameleon is a 1992 platform game developed and published by Sega released for the Sega Genesis. The plot of the game is that the boss of the new virtual reality video game "Wild Side" begins abducting players and the main character, Casey, goes to beat it and rescue them. He does this by using masks to shapeshift into different characters in order to use different abilities. It was later released in Japan as Chameleon Kid (カメレオン キッド, Kamereon Kiddo). After its initial release in 1992 for the Genesis, it was later re-released a number of times in the 2000s, including part of the Sega Smash Pack 2 for the PC in 2000, the Sega Genesis Collection for the PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 2 in 2006, as a digital release on the Wii's Virtual Console in 2007… more »

It's fine that Hanoi wasn't right for you
To Thailand and Brisbane would happiness ensue
A volatile Parisian lost in streets unknown
Tired of communications lacking drone

You could be so caring
You could be so good to me

In racing out of youth you changed your path
Of which mine was never going to be the same
Northern towns and life on landings
Squander everything you're handed
Belated midnight phone calls and a bike now in decline

Now life's hardly skateparks and friends in droves
Or the rumoured riverside pillbox home
A new lover soon came and sooner left you
Ma cries "it'll all be fine"
And you reply "that never has been true"

I'm tired of questioning your motives
Just as you couldn't decide who you'd end up with
You're out to disappoint and set on despair
Your legs are numb, your love's dead, you'll never care

You were once so caring
You were once so good to me

Where will you be sleeping soon
Turn up your collar and in a change of mood your love for love turns on it's side
On your knees you search but you can't find it
A busted lip and now part blinded
Another fight that ended up with you on the street alone

Now life's hardly skateparks and friends in droves
Or the rumoured riverside pillbox home
A new lover soon came and sooner left you
Ma cries "it'll all be fine"
And you reply "that never has been true"

Riddled deep with misconceptions
Cut yourself, shrug off infection
Bloodied sheets for someone else to clean
You left a stack of records, books, toy soldiers
And the good advice that people told you about being a fool and running wild

But now life's hardly skateparks and friends in droves
Or pissing in the rumoured riverside pillbox home
A new lover soon came and sooner left you
Ma cried "it'll all be fine"
And you reply "that never has been true"
