Hi, how you doing, welcome to the first session
Of anger management, as I'll be teaching you some lessons
On coping with your anger and what's really got you stressing
And how we can change it into some positive expressions
Thanks for having me but this isn't about me myself
And I have a best friend, you see he needs some help
He has anger issues and problems with his pain as well
See lately he's been going through it since the age of 12
He's not here so I'll express his problems for him

Ok let's start it off as a child
Can you describe his life, his feelings, and things that made him smile?
He was a normal kid who loved his family heavy
Always supported his dreams, although he had plenty
His father was in and out of his life until his 20s
Started another family making him feel empty
I'm sorry, is there anything else you wanted to share?
Man he hated school and wishes he was outta there
Some days he get teased on, bullied in classes
Whenever they did that he would fully start spazzing at them
Begging to stop, but they just kept going
Making faces, imitate his anger, it's hard to ignore them
What are the things that makes this kid so mad for?
When he gets yelled at, disciplined in a bad tone
Throwing foul language and being disrespectful
If you ever mess with him, you best to get checked bro

What you think he's dangerous,
I'm trying my best to be explaining this
I understand but he should be careful how he acts
He could get in trouble especially because he's Black

When he gets mad, what are his reactions?
He would go to a quiet place and start spazzing
He would shout so loud until his lungs get sore
He would stomp so loud you hear a thunder roar
He would slap and punch the walls till his fist get sore
He would do all these things till he's not pissed no more

What if a person walks in seeing him act this way?
He tells me some ppl hear him and it's sad to say
They ask him if he's fine but he's really not fine
He would spaz out at the wrong place at the wrong time
Where are these places?
Basically Workplaces
They treated him unfairly, plus he really hate it
You have any suggestions on controlling his behavior?
Yes, and if he acts up his life will be in danger
Can you imagine if an officer pulls him over
Not because he was speeding or drinking while being sober
If he's starts resisting he'll be dead or in jail
His family will just give up on him, they said it foreal
Has this boy ever had problems with the police?
I don't wanna talk about it,

See it's okay to feel this way, and I agree with ya
I understand it's tough with what you're going through
Because of your anger, people will notice you
Being angry is normal and you can control it
Distract yourself with family and friends that are important
Meditate, relax and exercise
Think positive, use humor to expend the time
Just remember no matter what you're going through you're not alone
Cause everybody got a struggle of they own
I'm glad you got everything off your chest foreal now
