Brendan of Clonfert (c. AD 484 – c. 577) Brénainn moccu Alti or Brénainn maccu Alti (Irish: Naomh Bréanainn or Naomh Breandán; Latin: Brendanus; Icelandic: (heilagur) Brandanus), also referred to as "Brendán moccu Altae" (Brendan of the Fosterling Folk), called "the Navigator", "the Voyager", "the Anchorite", and "the Bold", is one of the early Irish monastic saints and one of the Twelve Apostles of Ireland. He is primarily renowned for his legendary quest to the "Isle of the Blessed", also denominated "Saint Brendan's Island". I got rips in my pants, I got rips in my shirt
And you're thinking like why don't I sew it
A dent in my jaw, and a gap in my teeth 
And you're thinking like how don't I notice
I do
But I'm a Modern Day Poet
And this is how I choose to show it
I wear my heart on the outside, on the outside looking in
I wear my flaws on my sleeves, no apartheid splitting them
Don't fall victim to greed, only take what you need
Cause there's a soft side hidden in
And there's a dark side living in
Just choose the right side in the end
If you sin come again
If you win go again
I've been treating my friends like it's not gonna' end
Unsaid words that I think I should send
Cause the age keeps aging, and I keep changing
Page keeps turning and the world keeps fading
Wake up, and smell the fragrance of the flowers, of the power
There's no time like now to empower
I've been sitting in the shower, like, why do I cower
When this life is really ours
I treat my life like a towel
Throw it around like it's not mine, my property
I never signed on a dotted line there's no stopping me
I go against the grain like I'm eating tropically
But I just gotta be, hey, where I ought to be
But I'm just sitting comfortably where I wanna  be and that's no good
I sing these songs out my note book cause I'm a

I hope you can say that you loved
Butterflies flying with birds up above
Insects don't go high less loves up above
Nobody has guts to sing about doves and
People gas up when you're stuck in the mud
Don't make a turn you'll get stuck in your rut
Don't you give up you're not doing enough
I'll give a hand, just don't call your bluff

You're your biggest critic, otherwise it's just crickets
Mind your business and set your limits
You only begin to diminish
When you fight your feelings, you fight your talents
Don't fight your parents
Know life's a challenge
Don't chug your chalice
Just sip it slowly
The world is colorful, like abalone
Angelical, you're really holy
You don't need a matrimony, to prove the story
You're angelical
When you're lonely
Bringing peace, when you're warring
It may deceit, but in the story
You're the author
You're the poet
You have a voice, I hope you know it
I pray you nurture this, and that you stow it
Can you lead the way with your bags fully loaded
Doubt in your heart, but you know that you know it
Don't you panic, just light the candle, and hold the handle
And don't you blow it
