I got me one in the morning, that one I really wanted
So I headed to DC got some gas at a BP got there one in the am
And pulled up where I was staying
Dropped my car at the valet the concierges doing a ballet
They can't find my reservation I'm trying to hide my frustration
So I got back in my car and headed straight for the Marriott

I woke up early the same day, got a drink at the cafe

Then ran back to my hotel cause my checkout was at eleven
Threw my bags in the car and I drove to my prior setting
And found out I got a call back had to audition again

I should hear back in a month, met up with Jordan for lunch
And some spot labeled Daikaya for ramen that shit was fire
I slept for a couple hours then got right back on the road
I'm headed back to New York where the streets smell like a commode
To do my final auditions and head back to my abode
And leave it up to the stars and let the future unfold
