Don't do that, you know I care
You're the greenest world I know
Your eyes, aren't fair
I wanted to be the one you knew
I try a little harder
Don't go there on your own
So don't do that pretty please
You colour me I'm green
Like the grass under you
Don't do that, you say to me
You're the air that I wanna breathe
You're all I know, you're all I see
I chase you, I wanna be
Your everything, your enemy
Don't go now, I'm on my knees
You're all I know, you're all I see
You're the places I'll never be
Mm mm
Mm mm
Had it all, we got so far
You're the only home I know
Your eyes felt far
The nature spring, the world's on fire
California how bout ours?
Don't burn us down
We walk through bushes, we walk through grass
You know I can't just make you laugh again like we used to
When we were just young and curious
Don't do that, you say to me
You're the air that I wanna breathe
You're all I know, you're all I see
I chase you, I wanna be
Your everything, your enemy
Don't go now, I'm on my knees
You're all I know, you're all I see
You're the places I'll never be
Ba ba de da de da de da de de da de da de
Ah oh ah ah oh ah oh
Ooh
You're the places I'll never be
In the dreams that we'll never see
We'll fade to green (We'll fade to green)
In the fields you're all I feel, you're all I feel
You're all I know, you're all I see
In the midst of the green
Ooh in the midst of the green
You're all I see
You're all I see
Don't do that, you say to me
You're the air that I wanna breathe
You're all I know, you're all I see
I chase you, I wanna be
Your everything, your enemy
Don't go now, I'm on my knees
We're back and forth, we fade to green
To the places we'll never see
We'll never see them
Ooh Never again
Mm mm
