Anopheles

Anopheles () is a genus of mosquito first described and named by J. W. Meigen in 1818. About 460 species are recognised; while over 100 can transmit human malaria, only 30–40 commonly transmit parasites of the genus Plasmodium, which cause malaria in humans in endemic areas. Anopheles gambiae is one of the best known, because of its predominant role in the transmission of the most dangerous malaria parasite species (to humans) – Plasmodium falciparum. The name comes from the Ancient Greek word ἀνωφελής anōphelḗs 'useless', derived from ἀν- an-, 'not', 'un-' and ὄφελος óphelos 'profit'.Mosquitoes in other genera (Aedes, Culex, Culiseta, Haemagogus, and Ochlerotatus) can also serve as vectors of disease agents, but not human malaria. more »

Pictures of hunger between high-tech machines that's what I see
Suspect notion of progress that was imposed to me
World disordered, world of sadness
At this moment those with power prepare a wicked trap
Awaiting for pre-molded martyrs whose steps they dictate
Whose actions they manipulate

Come to us starvation
Feeding ignorance
And underfed revolutions
Come to us starvation
Feeding ignorance
And underfed revolutions

Come to us war, with savagery
Leading mankind
To a vicious circle of greed
I feel the doomsday near, the time of mankind expires
Perversion became virtue, I hear the planet cries
I can see human evil, while hungry people die
Wind echoes entropy, men's twilight
The governments still lose time, with trivialities
Their profit grows with pain, and people's prejudice

Wind echoes entropy, men's twilight
Brutal images, bloody scenes, buried dreams
The future brings me an irrational fear
Hopes under the slime
Now we don't live, we only survive
Hopes under the slime
Pictures of hunger between high-tech machines that's what I see
Suspect notion of progress that was imposed do me

Vanitas Imperatrix Mundi
Mother of our stingy passions

At this moment those with power prepare a wicked trap
Awaiting for pre-molded martyrs whose steps they dictate
Whose actions they manipulate
Come to us starvation
Feeding ignorance
And underfed revolutions
