Spending nights in piles of freezing snow sometimes in old barns

Kelsey was fourteen years old and couldn't escape her momma's torturing
So she took off but first she called me
Her and I joined the broken hearted symphony
That night I helped escape the suffering
Three AM snicking into apartment buildings
Just to stay warm for a couple of hours until a bus could take us away from here
Where we could find a home for her where she could be happy
Still she ended up as young mother in her teens
But she turned out to be one of the most beautiful queens
So to any teen who ran away from home when home was a broken home
Maybe from a parent problem that you didn't know how to solve
But what the f*ck does the world expect we are so fucking young
