Anysia Roker, who goes by first name (pronounced uh-nee-see-ya) is a self-taught singer-songwriter. She was born in Detroit, MI on January 20, 2001 and raised in Anchorage, Ak. She comes from a big musical family who introduced her to some of the greatest artists and different genres of music. Anysia found her love for music and singing at age 4. She was 12 years old when she got a chance to do her first ever performance at the Philadelphia Mills mall doing a song cover and her second performance at age 12 participating in a school talent show.
