The Commotions were a Scottish pop band formed in the 1980s. They gained popularity with their soulful and melodic sound, influenced by Motown and Northern soul. Led by singer-songwriter Lloyd Cole, the band released several successful albums, including their debut "Rattlesnakes" in 1984.
