Turned to fractured dreams

God always told me I was destined to float
So why I feel like I’m in a boat
With a hole in the middle and not a thing that floats
I got this pen and pad
It helps me cope

Hiding behind smoke
Got a hoody on
That resembles a cloak
Scared to speak up
Me and God unstoppable when we link up
I guess that’s something I forgot
