The Seasons
Sun's high in a blue sky
Giving warmth against my skin
I'd forgotten how good it makes me feel Now the springs come
And winter's been and gone
Trees blossom with beauty
It's a sight that pleases the eye
And everywhere I see so many signs of life Now the springs here
And winters near
From June through to August When days last the longest...
I wake to the chorus
Of the birds that sing their melodies To start another day
As Autumn approaches
Smell of dampness in the air
Golden leaves are now scattered on the ground 
Days are shorter and nights are longer now
Snowflakes from a grey sky
So deep where the drifts lie
Cold nights by the fireside Watch flames
Till the season changes back to spring again
