He woke up in a little room There were no windows A weak light was coming From the dying candles on the ground He woke up in this dark room And he was cursed by the thought His past was full of pain And not to drown in it He started writing stories So his soul’s screams Turned into ink But as his pen touched the paper He felt like a god Givin’ life to his characters Just to make them suffer He didn’t grant a single happy ending to anyone He cursed them with the worst existence But that day he woke up in the room He was not alone Somebody started to talk At frst he was confused Then he got really scared He knew those people Better than anyone ever will They all came out from his tales And they we’re asking Why did you do this to us? Aren’t we your sons? Do you create Just to destroy? We never asked to be born But you forced us to live He would have never expected A plot twist like this He couldn’t believe it Till they started gettin’ closer Let’s give it back We never deserved this It’s the only chance of revenge Are we gonna waste it? And then he screamed How could I’ve know Your souls were real? I know what I’ve done I confess my sins But please, try to understand I beg on my knees I know I chose all of your destinies And you know you’re a part of me But please, just grant me an happy ending
