And leaves outside remind me of darker times
So take a noose and rap your feelings and kill your mind
A broken heart still beats perfectly fine
And I feel life whenever I close my eyes
It dances over my shoulder and twists my spine
A broken heart still beats perfectly fine
A broken heart still beats perfectly fine

Don't tell me your alarm clock stole your smile
There are people in this world that have to run a mile to breathe
Send a search party out to find my courage
You lift up my words and I love you more than words can describe

Ooo noo
Just let go

And last words are for forgetters who didn't say goodbye
From when they had the time in their life
They'll be feeling light-headed from their tears to their toes
Being dragged up clouds screaming just let go and I feel it
They're breaking my bones and I feel it

Screaming just let go
