A story is told of when the world began
And how men were made with sparks of magic
As years go by in jealous rage
The gods destroy all they have made
Mortal man will taste revenge today
Live or die on Battle Mountain
At the break of dawn
The men took up their swords
And their shields and armour
To fight incredible odds
Against the Gods
There's a place in the Lost valley of the Kings
A place of war that's known as Battle Mountain
Where immortal gods met man
And they made their final stand
And the sound of a hundred thousand cries still
Echo through the land
They rode away from home
Unsure of ever coming back
Against Olympians how could they survive
Now the tension mounts and arrows fly
And lightning bolts fall from the sky
Hoping passion to be free is enough to turn the tide
