With every throw, every heat, against the clock we align

Start strong but pace yourself, keep to the sets that are best

With consistency and push, we put our limits to the test

Six to seven, on solid ground you stand

If you're Under six minutes, you're with the elites
Where every second counts and every heartbeat beats
