I started painting the walls in my room
And doing the things I always said I would do
Talked for years about my dreams
That are setting in motion
My vision it's coming together alright

My therapist reiterated the things I already knew
To heal
Pick up the pieces
Wake up
Check off lists
Focus in
Turn the lights off repeat it
Over again
I'll try to leave my manic phases behind
Maybe I might
I'll just paint and write

At the public transportation

With new unfamiliar faces
Clearly I'm making them
Uncomfortable due to my own discomfort
Personal problems
The distorted way I landspace love
But bright side I no longer speak your language
I've arrived at the foreign station
