The Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) was initiated in 2008 by the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma. Its aim is to provide risk-adjusted data for the purpose of reducing variability in adult trauma outcomes and offering best practice guidelines to improve trauma care. TQIP makes use of national data to allows hospitals to objectively evaluate their trauma centers' performance relative to other hospitals. TQIP's administrative costs are less than those of other programs, making it an accessible tool for assessing performance and enhancing quality of trauma care. more »

And you fail to see
Any remedy, remotely capable
Of lifting up your entity
Remember me
Your drugged out energy
Which would you need
A pick up or re-up in 98 degrees
Neighborhood corner calling for a fee
I'd give you any mixture
Of that periodic table
When your life is periodically fabled
It got you acting disabled
Other times you is labeled
They know you as the junkie
Not from the bunkie who got you hooked
Who introduced you to the basics
Showed you ways in which you took
Your life is not clear it's kaleidoscoped
Won't you take a look
Pirated movies, stolen books
Watching and reading you
As you're swimming
And your reef is now shook
Your own intentions is mistook
Do you wanna raise a fam
Get the cheese and spread the jam
Or die alone inside an alley with your head
Spinning like a ceiling fan
You're reeling man, lost all feeling and
You were dead before hatched
Name you the yolk
Like you were inside the egg
But couldn't grow
Wouldn't call you a joke
Would be too harsh cus
When the spark between the egg
And a swimmer would start
The race on foot would three, two, one, go
Bikes with tires and spokes
Could probably not catch up quicker
But probably travel farther
Street signs you'll learn to read
What would beat the sperm's speed
A dodge charger
And what do all of these things have in common
Ways to live, to get around
Get by and die
Respectively, retrospectively
It paid off
If your mom never got laid off
Would never have time to
Nurture a baby shark
Years later her child would skip school
To swim in the poisoned pool
Though smaller in parameters
To the ocean you'd later drown
You fool
Didn't she tell you to abstain from the game
Being healthy is cool
What's the opposite when your forearm is stained
Got marks which pull remarks
From passerby's passing through the park
They see you sleeping with the trees
Dying as the leaves flourish
But don't connect the two as both dying
We can guess which would go first
One would fall to the ground forever
One could be saved by going to church
Or putting their family first
This is life advice not a verse
