I sit here and awe, The desire between us is now even more intense. I just don't understand how we could ever want to be apart. It gave me butterflies just seeing our children, Inter the family room. And the way she said Daddy, simply just melted my heart.
How could we believe this isn't for a legacy who said and how did I not know that I could never live without you and the kids? How did we forget about the trouble that we went through, just to be together? How could we forget about the teenage nights, calling dreaming planning. About the babies that we'd share, drawing, painting, in our minds. Night I slept outside your window just to be together.
As I'm driving away, the distance between us is now even more intense. I can't help but to think, that this is the chance. To never leave you, always keep you. I'm terrified by the way this made me feel tonight. I thought it went way. Oh but I've come to find after tonight and looking in your eyes. Oh I just need your love I want you, how could we think what's meant to be could be destroyed, tonight I realize just how strong is the temptation of divorce. All those nights stayed up right outside your window,  just to be together. Destiny is for legacies to go beyond infinity, and as an Empire last forever, so does it memories. Tonight I save this Empire just to be together.
