I wonder what's in the stars today
I see the sun is coming out but there's no smiles today
I'm so good at hiding feelings you can't tell by my face
But I'm about 2 secs from going berserk in this place

I mean I'm doing okay
I'm just broke in a place where I need a bigger income
To invest at my pace
And I know I'm not the only one
In this struggle, rat race, where we finally get onto shore
And the waters back at our faces
But
I just surrender to the moment
Even through the fake supporters, women acting phony
The words of affirmation then their actions leave you lonely
I think I like that better than pretending like you know me

I guess there's no win,  I'm beyond the point of choosing
Relying on what you sold me, I start feeling pretty useless
When really it's you, that's out here looking pretty clueless
Ya lied so much you don't know what the truth is
I get I'm overlooked
But now I'm overbooked
If I stayed in dark clouds I'd be hanging from a hook
I learned from all my shadows, now I read 'em like a book
They took me from the gallows to the clouds I'm kinda shook

I'm reading about the stars today
They say you need a safe space like a Soulful Sunday
Where you can write what's on your mind and maybe meditate
Or
Pull a tarot card and let your guides lead the way

Get a glimpse inside my inner landscape
It's amazing co-creating with the forces at play
I mean they're really on our side at the end of the day
And if you don't think the same I'll adjust your frame

I had a vision put my soul into this world that keep blessing me by painting what I dream inside these trees
Interweaved in little Ivy leaves was a girl
And she help me see all that what we can be through planting seeds
They tell you what to know but it's better to believe
So I connect to all this magic that keep shaping up our wings
