But people don't care

I'm just a working man dealing with my circumstance
Struggling. Hustling just to get by
And I'll let never let my
Fears and doubts get the best of me
Instead I set them free on each track I compose
I suppose it's my therapy just to gain clarity
Cause oddly my mind's been foggy
And I ain't talking bout Daredevils best friend
I'm talking bout the lack of investment
In my passion when complacency steps in
To rearrange the frame of my mind
I'm fully aware but still I'm praying I find
My motivation again. Living one day at a time but
I'm working hard and still ain't making a dime ugh!
I guess I'm never escaping grind
I guess it's just life and the way it's designed

It's like I got the Devil chilling on my right shoulder
Telling me that my life's over
And I got an angel chilling on my left one
Telling that God said that you're blessed son
There's lessons that you got to learn
And this page in your life will soon turn
You got to keep your head up
I understand it's hard even more when you're fed up
But I've been seeing the people hating on me
And oddly there the ones that be waiting on me
I've had friends turn into enemies
I know people that try to steal my energy
I have family that are envious
That hate to see me happy and prefer to see me penniless
And I'm just being who I'm suppose to be
How come the ones that hurt me are so close to me? Damn
