I remember waiting for the coffee call
The indelible memory of 'Greetings' on the wall

The glimmer of a little girl lay in her eyes

And when she died with so much left to say
Never stopped to wonder why she never called for help again
I'll never forget how her husband cried
For her life, he loved her 'til the end
