It's pretty easy to have you thinking faulty
When all your loyalty goes to a section

Infant mortality, globally, you lead
Live in darkness, paying for electricity, monthly

And every year, the preacher man keeps preaching
No matter who rules, we are not moved, people
They'll always be doing God's bidding!
And then they start making evil policies
And the preacher man's people get punished
And now they're shopping for prophecies
Yet, they must be careful and keep away from politics, right?
It is evil and they're parting with Christ?
Our we're in the world but we're not of the world's
Interpretation is wrong, that's why our vision blurs
We got power to tread upon snakes and scorpions
But where do you find snakes and scorpions, in the pews?
No, they're out in the world

But, now I know it well, nothing wrong with my beliefs
So therefore a deconstruction is of zero need
The problems are never with me, I'm never deceived
Problems are with people truth be passing over, unperceived
It ain't God's will that foolish people rule people
That's abomination and recipe for untold evil
It's righteousness that exalts a nation
We need to stop making and passing crabby thoughts
Around the whole steeple
And begin holding politicians accountable
To justice and true fairness
They can follow the rules
That is one way your light shines
We know the truth about everything
But keep leaving control of everything to lies?
Then we would turn around and complain
When every single thing be nosediving?
We create most of our pain
By accepting every unacceptable and tagging it God's will
And then get back to Jesus name
That is running on a dead conscience
When traveling to other people's country
To us, be like some divine purpose to accomplish
When God created us citizens right here
So we could look politicians in the eyes
And tell them the truth, without fear
