When I'm at dinner, I'm at the shops
I'm in my room, around the clock, and you're there, you're there
And I was better here on my own
Why won't you just leave me alone, it's not fair, not fair

'Cause you don't deserve me
You're really starting to hurt me
Won't let me go, and it's so mean, so mean

And I'm done, done
I don't need you to function
I'm gone, gone
I'm getting tired, and this is getting long, long
And you're making me weak
You're really making it hard for me
But I'm done, done
I don't need you to function
I'm gone, gone
And I got tired of thinking I was wrong, wrong
When I'm down on my knees
I keep telling myself to breathe

Breathe
Breathe
I keep telling myself to breathe
Breathe
I keep telling myself to breathe

I'm on the list, but I never show
And when they ask why, I never know
We go again, and again, and again

And they get irritated
Oh, if I could, I would explain it
I appreciate your patience
Trust me, I'm just as frustrated

And I'm done, done
I don't need you to function
I'm gone, gone
I'm getting tired, and this is getting long, long
And you're making me weak
You're really making it hard for me
But I'm done, done
I don't need you to function
I'm gone, gone
And I got tired of thinking I was wrong, wrong
When I'm down on my knees
I keep telling myself to breathe

Breathe
Breathe
I keep telling myself to breathe
Breathe
I keep telling myself to breathe
Breathe
Breathe, breathe
I keep telling myself to breathe

'Cause you don't deserve me
You're really starting to hurt me
Won't let me go, and it's so mean, so mean
Whoa-oh

I keep telling myself to breathe, yeah
Breathe
I wanna breathe
Breathe
I keep telling myself to breathe
Breathe
And I breathe, I breathe, yeah
I keep telling myself to breathe
Breathe
I was wrong, wrong
Yeah, I wanna
Breathe
Yeah, I breathe, I breathe, I breathe
I keep telling myself to breathe

I keep telling myself to breathe
